KNOWLEDGE BASE

DESCRIPTION: This menu allows user to transfer stocks to a reserved warehouse as well as to perform an Invoice on Order (CE).

1. SETTINGS

A. Warehouse code: Tag which warehouse is a reserved warehouse.

B. User maintenance: Allow/Dis-allow users who can see reserve warehouse in Sales transactions.

2. HOW TO USE

A. Create a Sales order (CO/CW)

B. Perform the Transfer via Reservation Transfer DO (CT)

After click Add Item, Retrieve the CO/CW.
Then select the warehouse where the quantity be deducted from and specify the OUTQTY.

Finally, click on Create IM button. This will transfer the quantity into the reserved warehouse.
