How to use reservation transfer DO [CT]?

DESCRIPTION:

This menu allows user to transfer stocks to a reserved warehouse, as well as to perform an Invoice on Order (CE).

1.SETTINGS

A. Warehouse code: Tag which warehouse is a reserved warehouse-

B. User maintenance: Allow/Dis-allow users who can see reserved warehouse in Sales transactions-

2. HOW TO USE

A. Create a Sales order (CO/CW)-

B. Perform the Transfer via Reservation Transfer DO (CT)-

As you click Add, will redirect to another window, retrieve the CO/CW. Then select the warehouse where the quantity be deducted from and specify the Out Quantity.

Finally, click on Create IM button. This will transfer the quantity into the reserved warehouse. Success will prompt.

NOTE: The system also allows user to click on Create IMbutton in multiple times (provided the Create Invoice (CE) has not been done).
