Where can I view the "On PO Quantity" that appears in the Customer Order (CO) dropdown when the selected item is a service item?

The quantity shown in the "On PO" field is derived from open Purchase Order (PO) transactions that are linked to the item. To verify the "On PO" quantity, users can use the Purchase Order Status Query.

This query displays all open PO transactions, and the sum of their ordered quantities corresponds to the value shown in the "On PO" field in the Customer Order (CO) dropdown.

If the user wants to decrease the "On PO" quantity displayed in the Customer Order (CO) dropdown, the related Sales Order (SO) must either be invoiced or manually closed.

As shown in the attached photo, the "On PO" quantity was previously 8, and it is now 7—indicating that one of the SO transactions has been either invoiced or closed.

It is up to the user to decide which method to apply—invoicing the open SO or closing it manually—to update the "On PO" quantity accordingly.
