1. CLEAR AND CLOSE BUTTON

If the user clicked the “Clear and Close” button, the quantity and value will be clear, and the CO will be closed. And once the CO is closed, it cannot be edited anymore.

Note: If the CO has already been invoiced and the user has clicked for the “clear and close", note that value in the CO will not be cleared as it has already been invoiced; hence the CO will only be closed.

2. CLOSE ORDER BUTTON

If the user clicked the “Close Order” button only, the CO transaction will only be closed. The quantity and value will not be clear if user only clicked “close order”. Once also the CO is closed, transaction is cannot be edited.
