                                    POP-UP BLOCKER ISSUE                          

QUESTION:               What is the Pop-up Blocker Error and How To Resolve?

A pop-up blocker is aprogram that prohibits a pop-up screen in the web browser. Generally, pop-up blockers are installed to avoid pop-up ads from webpages. However, depending upon the pop-up blocker, they may block useful information as well, like print and download options screens, Take the following steps to disable pop-up blockers:

Internet Explorer^®

1. Click Tools or the gear icon.
2. Click Internet options - click the Privacy tab.
3. Uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker.Click OK.

Chrome^®

1. Click the Chrome menu button. (Note: The button is on the upper-right of the browser and is indicated by three dots.)
2. Select Settings.
3. Under Privacy and security, click Site Settings.
4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
5. Click Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.

Firefox^®

1. Click the Open menu button (three bars) in the upper-right corner.
2. Click Settings - select Privacy & Security.
3. Uncheck Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker.
4. Close and relaunch Firefox.

Safari^®

1. Click the Safari menu.
2. Select Preferences from the drop-down - click Websites.
3. Click Pop-up Windows located on the left side.
4. Click the drop-down next to Lexis and select Allow.
5. Close and reopen Safari.

iPhone^® or iPad^® iOS

1. Open the Settings app in iOS and go to Safari.
2. Under the General Safari settings, toggle the switch next to “Block Pop-ups” to the OFF position to disable the popup blocker.

Chrome^® on Android^TM

1. Tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and select Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Advanced settings and select Site settings.
3. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Toggle the switch on or off depending on your preferences.
