       HOW TO SUBMIT A TICKET TO A2000 FRESHDESK PORTAL?


1.  Navigate to the support portal link: 

                https://a2000customercare.freshdesk.com/support/login

 

2.  Click the label ''Sign Up''

And encode your Full name and email address to register.
Note: Only Gmail account will be authorize to register.



3. You will see the message ''Successfully Registered'' if the registration is complete.
